The Media Press Club of Delhi will honor the best performed Ramlila in Delhi NCR at the district and Delhi NCR levels with the Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025. The Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025 are renowned awards in Delhi NCR. To receive this award, major Ramlila organizers prepare their Ramlilas according to the Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025 guidelines. In a press conference, Media Press Club President Mr. Ashok Lalwani informed journalists that today, September 20, 2025, is the last day to participate in the Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025. All Ramlilas participating in the Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025 will be judged on September 22, 2025, by one Ramlila judge per participating Ramlila, who will accompany their family to observe the Ramlila. Based on the judges' decision, six Ramlilas will be selected from each district. The Ramlilas will then be judged by two Ramlila judges from the following day. The chief Ramlila judge for the Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025 will be Maharaj Sant Trilochan Darshan Das Ji. On September 26, 2025, a special Ramlila will be judged under the leadership of Special Ramlila Judge Acharya Shri Bhuvanyu Shankar Sharma. The best Ramlila will be announced on September 27, 2025, and the Ramlila will be honored on that day.
On this occasion, Acharya Shri Bhuvanyu Shankar Sharma (Special Judge, Refresh Dussehra Awards) said, I will judge a special Ramlila with two judges and journalists, along with over 30 families who have supported the Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025. I will submit my decision and that of my fellow Ramlila judges to the Chief Ramlila Judge, Maharaj Sant Trilochan Darshan Das Ji. Based on our decision, the Ramlila will be awarded the first and second Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025 at the district level.
On this occasion, Shri Krish Patel (Main Sponsor and Director, Prime Comfort Private Limited) said, "We have been associated with the Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025 since 2013. Ramlila is an excellent means of inculcating values in the future generation. Ramlila organizers need to be recognized to do even better next year. The Refresh Dussehra Awards 2025 fulfills this need.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Yogesh Jagatramka (Promotion Sponsor and President, Club NPC India) said that no award makes anyone special, rather it inspires one to do better and this is the purpose that Refresh Dussehra Award 2025 fulfils.
On this occasion Mrs. Shikha Mishra (Sponsor of the Refresh Mahamuqabla Dussehra Awards 2025 and Managing Director of Decora) will present the Refresh Mahamuqabla Dussehra Awards 2025 to the Ramlila of Delhi NCR ranked in the top 10. This time, the awards will be given based on the best dialogue of Ravana in the Ramlila, based on the decision of 7 judges.
On this occasion Mr. Jagdish Nagrani (President of Sindhu Samaj Delhi) said that it is our duty to inculcate values in our future generations by providing them with information about religion, language, culture, etc. For this, organizing a religious event like Ramlila is a wonderful thing and if the Ramlila organizers are honored for staging a better Ramlila, then we will strive to do even better next year.
On this occasion Mr. Naresh Kumar Belani (General Secretary of Sindhi Council of India, Delhi NCR) said that there is no greater event than Ramlila for passing on our culture to future generations. Ramlila is a religious event in which not only Hindus but people of all religions take their children to see Ramlila to pass on their culture to future generations. I want other religious events to become like Ramlila.
On this occasion Mr. Om Prakash President of the Ramlila Judges Committee, said, I personally organize Ramlila. As an organizer, I know that when someone praises our Ramlila or any other event, it gives us the strength to do even better next time. Even if no one says anything, our enthusiasm for the event remains the same as it was in the beginning. That is why the Refresh Dussehra Award 2025 serves to encourage Ramlila organizers like us.
